Our company’s area of expertise lies within the detailed inspection of residential properties and the analysis of building defects. Predominantly the reports we produce are full ‘Level 3’ Building Surveys, with Homebuyer Reports, Condition Surveys and Partial Survey (inspection of specific defects) making up around 10% of the remaining instructions received. Please note that we are not a Valuation practice that carries out Building Surveys. We are a specialist Building Surveying Practice. Typically, your mortgage company will provide a valuation and it is your responsibility to obtain a residential property survey.
